One-off orders (lead lists & custom extraction)
Before work begins (brief not yet confirmed, or within 2 hours of payment): cancel for a full refund, no questions. After work begins: we'll refund the unworked portion at our reasonable assessment — never less than 25% if you cancel before delivery. After delivery: covered by the Refund Policy.
Retainers (weekly data subscriptions)
Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid month — no notice period, no cancellation fee. You keep everything already delivered.
Spreadsheet products
Instant downloads can't be "cancelled" once delivered, but the 14-day refund policy applies.
Cancellations by us
We may decline or cancel an order that requires unlawful data use or breaches our acceptable-use rules — with a full refund of anything unworked.
